Cheney Always Wanted to Be President

Cheney is now what he always wanted to be, President, well behind the scenes. Cheney knew he hadn't the likeability factor. So he had to find someone who was personable, had the lineage, and could do what he was told. In walks George Bush.

As was stated in previous posts here and other places, Cheney wanted to expand the powers of the President. For the most part, Cheney had succeeded. He bullied the Republicans to stand resolute with the Wnite House. Cheney not only bullied the Democrats, he ran them over into standing with White House.
